Solve Problems with Premium Access

Premium subscriptions are handled automatically with the help of bots in the CoinsKid Discord. If you are having trouble accessing the premium section after you subscribed, please follow the steps below.

ACCESS TO INDICATORS AND COINSKID.COM

Whilst logged in, please visit the Settings page.

There is a section labeled "Premium Access Settings".

Input your Discord username and Tradingview username for accces. Any issues contact us here.

CHECK NAME COLOR

In the discord, To confirm if the bot gave you a premium role, please write a Hello message in our discord public chat.

In the discord, If your username shows up in yellow, then you are all set and you have premium access.

In the discord, If your username is green, then please continue with step 2.

PAYMENT PROVIDER

If you signed up via the MEE6 Website, please proceed to step 3.

If you signed up via Patreon or our crypto-payment, please contact support open ticket.

PROBLEMS AFTER MEE6 SUBSCRIPTION

The subscription on the MEE6 website must be made with the same Discord user that you are using on the CoinsKid Server.

Please go to This page

Click on the User Menu (top right corner with Username) > Click on Billing > Account information -- Please confirm that this is the same user/email you are currently logged into the Discord app with.

Please make a screenshot of the account information in case you need to open a ticket.

If the MEE6 site shows a different user than you are using in Discord, please try logging into Discord with the same user info (email and password) as you subscribed to the premium service on the MEE6 website with.

If your issues are unsolved, please contact support open ticket.

HOW TO USE THE INDICATORS?

YOU WILL NEED A TRADINGVIEW ACCOUNT

Once you have ran through the settings page and added your discord and Tradingview username and the premium checks have been ran, You will need to visit each inidcator page and click the add to favourites button. You will then see them in your favourites indiators section on tradingview.com. Any issues contact us here.

*please note that you can only use 2 indicators if you are on the standard plan with tradingview.com. You can upgrade your plan to Essestial here to use more than 2 indicators.

HOW TO USE THE SIGNALS?

YOU WILL NEED A TRADING ACCOUNT

Signals are automatically created from the 1 hour timeframe price action. For LONG/BUY signals please look for a bullish divergence. For SHORT/SELL signals please look for a bearish divergence. The divergence increases the probability of the trade playing out. Please also look for more confluence to validate the signal from our algorithm, what is the greed level currently at for the signal?
