Meme coin mania is here. It's great to see, but I know people lose money on rug pulls and meme coin scams.
Way back in January 2023 when everyone was bearish, I bought some BONK, it made me alot of money against the herd mentality, you can checkout the tweet here!
I built this system for you to find potential meme coin opportunities.
Platforms/Trading Options
- Fund a wallet with SOL/USDC - I use Phantom.
- Find the coin you want to buy and copy the "coin address" into Phantom to swap.
- To buy, use Phantom or the Jupiter & Raydium links that are in the Check Coin section.
- To sell, use the same platforms.
Strategies
These are the strategies for investing in meme coins:
- Pure Gambling: This involves betting on extremely new coins launched in the last hour here. This is where you might see 100x gains in a few days.
- Intelligent Gambling: This strategy focuses on somewhat established coins with a community, price history, and some stability (as stable as a meme coin can be).
Most people go for the first strategy hoping for a 100x. However, most of these coins fail within the first few hours. To win at this you have to invest in a ton of meme coins hoping one gets big and constantly monitor charts. It's super time-consuming.
The second strategy, less degenerate gambling, involves investing in more established coins that are run through a filter system and displayed here.
However, investing in all coins within this range isn't wise either. You need to be selective and screen them based on these criteria:
- Memeable/Funny/Cute: The Meme coin needs to have appeal to attract attention.
- Community/Content: Check if the coin has social links listed. Investigate those links.
- Holders: Check if the coin has a majority holder, this is a red flag. Look for coins that have a well distributed supply.
- Liquidity: Look for good Liquidity, The ease with which a digital token can be converted into a digital asset or cash without affecting its price is referred to as liquidity in cryptocurrency.
- RugCheck: Check if the coin has any warnings on RugCheck in the Check Coin Section.
With this strategy, you'll see a 10x return, not the 100x that most people hope for, but 10x is still incredible. The advantage is you can invest larger amounts due to lower risks of scams or sudden wipeouts.
A Few Rules You Should Follow
- Only invest what you can afford to lose
- Trade on trustworthy sites like MetaMask and Uniswap
- NEVER share your seed phrase with anyone
